The All Responses Tab is located near the very top of your Insite report, just to the right of the Summary tab. Use this tab to see how your communities scored among individual tenants, and to access in-depth Response Details Pages.
From left to right, this tab displays the Date that each response was received, the Name of the resident who submitted the response (assuming they chose to provide that information), the name of the Community, the response concerns, and each survey’s five-point Average Score based on the responses provided. You can also use the search bar at the top of this tab to look up responses by community or tenant name, or toggle the small arrows next to any of the bolded terms to view any column in ascending or descending order.
To the right of all of these columns, you’ll see a View Response button for each response submitted. Click this to access a resident’s Response Details Page.
Response Details Page
Response Details Pages can be used to see exactly how individual residents responded to each question on your survey. Note that each Response Details Page is given a unique ID number, which you’ll find at the top of the page in large bolded text.
- Respondent Information Card
Underneath the ID number, you’ll see the resident in question’s Respondent Information Card. This card provides you with all the resident’s basic information, including their Name, Address, Unit Number, Email Address, and Primary Phone Numbers.
Keep in mind that residents are not obligated to provide any of this information, and may instead elect to take the survey anonymously. If no answer is provided for a particular piece of information, that field will simply display the words “NO ANSWER.”
- Questions and Answers Table
Beneath the Respondent Information Card is the Questions and Answers Table, which consists of two columns. The Question column on the left lists each question that was asked on your survey, while the Answer column on the right shows you the resident’s corresponding answers to those questions.
You’ll also notice an icon to the left of each question outlined in the Question tab. Use these to quickly identify what types of questions were being asked on your survey. Questions that required a numeric answer between 1 and 5 are denoted by a star () icon; those that required a written short answer are denoted by a pencil and paper (
) icon; those that required a “yes” or “no” answer are denoted by a small black dot inside a circle (
).
