To manage the information being displayed on a community’s ApartmentRatings page, simply click on that community’s name in the leftmost column of the Communities tab (highlighted in blue).
You’ll then be able to edit information regarding various aspects of that community, including basic Community Details, the Amenities, Leasing Options, and Floor Plans being offered there, and any Photos of it that are currently on display.
It’s important to note that while all of the information in this section can be filled in manually, it can also populate automatically via MITS Feed. If one of your communities does pull information from MITS Feed, its ApartmentRatings page will not display any manual information changes made to it unless they are saved in your Property Management System.
Keep in mind that any changes made in the Community section will only be saved upon hitting the blue Save button in the bottom right-hand corner. This button appears in the same place on every page inside the tab. If you attempt to access another section of the Manager Center before saving your changes, you will be met with an Unsaved Changes pop-up, which you can close by clicking either Cancel or Continue.
