You can access the Leads section by clicking the word “Leads” in the column running along the left side of the display (located next to a checklist icon). Here, you’ll be able to learn more about the people who have expressed interest in your ApartmentRatings communities.
From left to right, the table here displays the Date and Time when each Lead was received, the Community from which each Lead was received, the Name and Phone Number of the resident the Lead pertains to (if provided), the Type of Lead received and its Status, and a clickable “View” button for each Lead in the Action column.
There are two primary types of leads: Web Leads and Phone Leads. Web Leads are received when prospective residents fill out the Lead Form linked to your community’s Apartment Ratings page, and Phone Leads are received they contact that community via phone. To see only the Phone Leads your communities have received, click the “Phone Leads” tab at the top of the table. Similarly, you can click the “Web Leads” tab to see only the Web Leads your communities have received.
Note that the tier of Manager Center you purchase dictates the types of leads you have access to, with the Basic tier giving you access to Web Leads and the higher Plus and Premium tiers giving you access to Phone Leads and removing ads.
As with other Manager Center modules, you can use the Date Picker in the top righthand corner of the Leads tab to filter out leads received outside a particular window of time.
You can also use the search bar at the top of the table to look up leads by name or location, click the Filter by Community dropdown box to only see leads related to a single community, or toggle the small arrows next to any of the bolded terms to view any column in ascending or descending alphabetical/numeric order.
