Leads that have not yet been interacted with are denoted by the word “New” inside a green box in the Status column. Similarly, leads that are currently being looked into are denoted by the word “Open” inside a blue box and those that have already been dealt with by the word “Closed” inside a gray box. To change the status of a lead, just click on its corresponding “View” button in the Action column. You’ll then be directed to that lead’s Lead Details Page.
Lead Details Page
From the Lead Details Page, you can access the contact information of the person inquiring into your community, write and save written notes pertaining to their inquiry for future reference, and change the status of the lead to better keep track of all your prospective residents. Note that Details Pages for Phone Leads may also provide you with the initial voicemail left by a prospective resident.
To change the status of a lead, click the dropdown box next to the word “Status” at the top of this page. Here, you’ll be able to designate the lead as either “New,” “Open,” or “Closed.”
To leave a note on a lead, simply scroll down to the page’s bottom-most “Manager Log” section. Write your comments in the blank text box here, and remember to click the blue “Post” button when you’re finished.
