Understanding Your Community Performance with the ApartmentRatings Reports

ApartmentRatings Reports can be used to give property managers a better idea of how their communities are being reviewed on ApartmentRatings, as well as how good of a job they’re doing responding to those reviews and generating new community traffic. 

You can access the AR Reports section of Manager Center by clicking the words “AR Reports” in the column running along the left side of the display (located next to a bar chart icon). You will then be able to click into the Review Trends, Response Trends, or Community Traffic report module.
