Use the Community Traffic Report to get a better idea of how many people are visiting and interacting with your ApartmentRatings community pages, and to see the number of New Reviews and Responses that have been posted to those pages within a particular window of time.
Performance Overview Table
The Performance Overview Table at the top of this tab tells you whether the online traffic for your ApartmentRatings communities has increased or decreased over a particular window of time as well as the severity of that change as represented by a percentage. This information can be found in the bold text just above the table’s main graph.
To the right of the graph, you’ll also find the Total Page Visits your community pages received over that period of time, the Total URL Clicks made once on those pages and the Total Reviews that were left.
The graph itself gives you a helpful visual breakdown (by month) of the Page Visits and URL Clicks your community pages received over that time period as well as the total number of Reviews and Responses posted to them. Each one of these values is represented by a different-colored line, with each dot along those lines revealing all the aforementioned metrics for a particular month.
Keep in mind that any of these lines can be removed from the Performance Overview Graph by clicking the words next to their corresponding-colored circle on the bottom of the table.
Community Traffic Breakdown Table
Below the Performance Overview Table, you’ll find the Community Traffic Breakdown Table. From left to right, this table displays all the Dates by month that make up your preselected window of time (or all your ApartmentRatings Communities, if you click the “By Community” tab at the top of the table), the number of Page Visits and URL Clicks received during that month, and the number of New Reviews and New Responses posted to your community pages.
You can also use the arrows and “Items Per Page” dropdown box at the bottom of this table to go to a new page and expand or shrink your view or toggle the small arrows next to any of the bolded terms to view any column in ascending or descending alphabetical/numeric order.
