Adding or Removing Amenities and Parking Options

The Amenities tab helps you let prospective tenants know exactly which amenities are offered by your community, specifically targeting Laundry and Parking while simultaneously outlining more general Amenities Information.  

Laundry 

This section appears at the top of the Amenities tab and provides you with three boxes to indicate whether your community has On-Site Laundry Facilities, In-Unit Washer/Dryers, Washer/Dryer Connections, or some combination of the three. Make sure to check every box that applies to the community in question. 

Parking

This section is located directly underneath the Laundry section and offers a long, alphabetized list of parking arrangements to give prospective tenants a better understanding of your community. 

To add a parking option to a community’s ApartmentRatings page, you must first find and select that option in the box’s lefthand column. You can then either manually drag that option into the box’s righthand column, or double-click it to have it automatically appear in the righthand column. 

Similarly, if you want to remove a parking option from a community’s ApartmentRatings page, you can either manually drag that option from the righthand column into the lefthand one, or double-click it to have it automatically removed. 

Note that you can also Select All or Remove All parking options quickly by clicking the appropriate command beneath the columns (highlighted in blue). 

All Amenities

This section is located directly underneath the Parking section and offers a long, alphabetized list of common amenities to give prospective tenants a better understanding of your community. 

Adding an amenity to your community works the same as adding a parking option; just double click the amenity you would like to add or drag it over to the box on the right. You can use the opposite process to remove an amenity.

Note that you can also Select All or Remove All amenities quickly by clicking the appropriate command beneath the columns (highlighted in blue).
