You can access the Reviews and Responses section by clicking “Reviews and Responses” in the column running along the left side of the display (located next to a speech bubble icon). Here, you’ll be able to take a closer look at all the reviews posted to your ApartmentRatings community pages.
From left to right, the main Reviews and Responses table displays a clickable Pin icon next to each review, the Date and Community from which that review was received, the reviewer’s Rating of their community between 1 and 5, whether or not they Recommended the community, a preview of the Review itself (highlighted in blue), and information regarding your Response to that review.
Reviews that have already received responses will display the date of that response (highlighted in blue) in the Response column. If a review has not yet received a response, the word “Add” will appear in this column (also in blue). If you lack the appropriate permissions to respond to a particular review, the words “No Response” will appear in this column.
Use the Date Picker in the top righthand corner of this page to filter out reviews received outside a particular window of time.
You can also use the search bar at the top of the table to look up communities by name or location, click the Filter by Community dropdown box to only see reviews for a single community, or toggle the small arrows next to any of the bolded terms to view any column in ascending or descending alphabetical/numeric order.
You can view an individual review by clicking on the blue snippet of the review or by clicking on add response link. On this page you should see all the details of a review including the actual review, the user who left the review, the date the review was posted, the corresponding rates for that review (Noise, Safety, Grounds, Maintenance, Neighborhood, and Office Staff), and a text box for typing out a response to the review.
If you view a review and do not see a place to input a response, you do not have permission to manage reviews for that community. In order to receive that permission, contact your account owner and they will be able to provide you with the correct permissions.
