The Community Details tab allows you to edit basic information about a community, including its Name and Address, Contact Information and Office Hours for the community, and the Community Description displayed on its ApartmentRatings page.
Community Name and Address
This section appears at the top of the Community Details tab and displays the community in question’s Name, Address, City, State, and Zip Code.
Note that Name and Address details cannot be updated like other information in the Manager Center. To make changes to these fields, you must click the “Request Name/Address Change” button in the box’s bottom lefthand corner. You’ll then be taken to the Reporting Community Name Change page on Apartment Ratings, where you’ll be asked to input and submit the updated information.
This section is located directly underneath the Community Name and Address section and should be regularly updated to let prospective residents know how and when to best contact you.
In this section’s top box, which reads Contact Information, you can input the best Email Address for prospective tenants to reach you at, as well as a separate Lead Tracker Email if you so choose.
In this section’s bottom box, which reads Office Hours, you can let prospective tenants know exactly when you’ll be available in-office on any given day of the week. Select a start and end time for every day, or, if there’s a day where you’re not available at all, click the “Closed” box to the right of that day’s end time.
This section is located directly underneath the Contact Information section and can be used to give prospective residents a better idea of what your community is all about. To fill out this section, simply enter text in the blank text box.
