The Summary tab allows you to track the change in your performance across all Insite+ Surveys over a preselected period of time. You can also use this tab to track the change in resident Response Activity over that same period.
Insite+ Survey Performance Change Table
The Insite+ Survey Performance Change Table at the top of this tab shows you how much your Insite+ survey performance has changed Year Over Year, Quarter Over Quarter, or Month Over Month (depending on the selections you made in the Date Picker).
The graph at the top of this table gives you a helpful visual breakdown of all 5 of your Insite+ survey scores (Unclosed Traffic, Move In, Work Order, Pre-Renewal, and Move Out) over your preferred time period, as well as a combined All Surveys score for each point within that period. Each one of these values is represented by a different-colored line, with each dot along those lines revealing all the aforementioned metrics for a particular year, quarter, or month.
Keep in mind that any of these lines can be removed by clicking the words next to their corresponding-colored dotted circle at the bottom of the graph.
Underneath the graph, you’ll find a table displaying your monthly, quarterly, or yearly scores for each Insite+ survey type, as well as a combined All Surveys score for each point within that period.
Note that these scores are all displayed in different-colored boxes, with scores of 4.50 and above considered “Exceptional”; those between 4.00 and 4.49 “Superior”; those between 3.5 and 3.99 “Average”; those between 3.00 and 3.49 “Warning”; and those below 3.00 “Red Flag.” Exceptional scores are denoted by a dark green color, Superior scores by a lighter shade of green, Average scores by yellow, Warning scores by a light shade of red, and Red Flag scores by a deep red.
To the right of your Insite+ survey scores, you’ll see a column filled with percentages. These represent your Year Over Year, Quarter Over Quarter, or Month Over Month Change for each survey type (depending on the selections you made in the Date Picker), with the bottommost one denoting your performance change across all surveys. Note that positive percentages denote improved performance, while negative ones denote a drop in performance.
Response Activity Table
Beneath the Insite+ Survey Performance Change Table, you’ll find the Response Activity Table. Use this table to see how much your Resident Response Rate and Valid Email Coverage have changed Year Over Year, Quarter Over Quarter, or Month Over Month (depending on the selections you made in the Date Picker).
The graph at the top of this table gives you a helpful visual breakdown of the percent of residents who were successfully emailed over your preferred time period (Valid Email Coverage), as well as the percent of residents contacted who actually responded to the survey (Response Rate). Each one of these values is represented by a different-colored line, with each dot along those lines revealing all the aforementioned metrics for a particular year, quarter, or month.
Keep in mind that either of these lines can be removed by clicking the words next to their corresponding-colored circle at the bottom of the graph.
Below that, you’ll find a table displaying the number of Total Responses Received, Response Rate, and Valid Email Coverage for each dot along the graph.
To the right of these metrics, you’ll see a column filled with percentages. These represent your Year Over Year, Quarter Over Quarter, or Month Over Month Change for each of them. Note that positive percentages denote improved performance, while negative ones denote a drop in performance.
