The Summary tab allows you to compare your performance on a particular Insite+ survey type between two different preselected periods of time. This tab also provides you with a helpful Community Score Breakdown Comparison so you can see exactly how your Community Scores and Response Rates have changed between those periods and a Team Scores Comparison that gives you the same information at the larger team level.
- Overall Performance Comparison Table
The Overall Performance Comparison Table at the top of this tab shows you how much your score for a particular Insite+ survey type has changed between the older date range and the newer one. This table also displays your Company Average Change, which denotes the change in your Average Score for that survey type at the company level; the Work Order Index Change, which denotes the change in the Average Score for that survey type across all SatisFacts clients; and finally the Response Rate Change and Valid Email Coverage Change between those two periods. Note that all these metrics are displayed as either positive or negative percentages, with positive ones denoting improvement and negative ones denoting decline.
The table’s main graph gives you a helpful visual breakdown of your score change within both date ranges, running them right alongside one another so you can see exactly how the two compare. The newer date range is represented by the blue line here, while the older one is represented by the yellow line. Hover your mouse over any dot along these lines to reveal your Average Score at a particular day, week, or month within each range, and a bold percentage representing the change between the two.
Keep in mind that either of these lines can be removed by clicking the words next to its corresponding-colored rectangle at the bottom of the graph.
- Community Score Breakdown Table
Beneath the Overall Performance Comparison Table, you’ll find the Community Score Breakdown Table. Use this table to see how much your score for a particular Insite+ survey type has changed among each of your communities between your preselected date ranges, and to see how each of their Response Rates has changed.
The bar graph at the top of this table breaks your communities up into groups based on their Average Score for both the Newer and Older date range, with scores of 4.50 and above considered “Exceptional”; those between 4.00 and 4.49 “Superior”; those between 3.5 and 3.99 “Average”; those between 3.00 and 3.49 “Warning”; and those below 3.00 “Red Flag.” At the very left of the graph, you’ll also see a “No Response” group, where data will be displayed regarding the communities from which no survey responses were received (if applicable).
Each score group is given two bars, with the left one (blue) representing the number of communities that fall into that group within the Newer Date Range, and the right one (yellow) representing the number of communities that fell into that group within the Older Date Range. Hover your mouse over any pair to see how many of your communities fell into a particular group for both date ranges, and to reveal a bolded positive or negative number denoting the change in the number of communities that fell into that group between ranges.
Below the graph, you’ll find a table that displays the name of each Community associated with your company, a positive or negative number denoting the change in resident Responses between date ranges, a positive or negative percentage denoting the change in Response Rate between date ranges, and a positive or negative percentage denoting the change in each community’s Average Score between date ranges.
At the very right of this table, you’ll note that each community has been given a dropdown arrow. Click any of these to see the total number of Responses, Response Rate percentages, and Average Score for a particular community at both the Newer and Older Date Ranges.
Use the search bar above this table to search for individual communities, or use the arrows and “Items Per Page” dropdown box at the bottom of the table to go to a new page and expand or shrink your view. You can also toggle the small arrow next to the bolded “Community” text to view your communities in either ascending or descending alphabetical order.
- Teams Score Breakdown Table
Beneath the Community Score Breakdown Table, you’ll find the Teams Score Breakdown Table. Use this table to track the change in Total Responses, Response Rate, and Average Score between date ranges for each one of your SatisFacts teams/regions (as set up by your Account Manager). You can also use the dropdown arrows at the right of this table to see the same data for each one of the communities that make up a particular team.
