The Questions Tab is located near the very top of the Insite Trend Report page, just to the right of the Communities tab. Use this tab to track the change in positive responses to individual questions on your Insite+ surveys.
Since the Questions tab only hones in on a single survey type at a time, you’ll want to make sure to first select the appropriate one in the dropdown box at the top of the page. After that, the tab will refresh with the appropriate set of questions and data.
Beneath the dropdown box, you’ll see a large table that lists out all the Questions you’ve ever asked on that survey type, as well as their Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly Scores within a preselected period of time. Note that ratings-based survey questions will display scores as decimals between 1 and 5, while yes/no questions will display percentages (with each percentage denoting the number of residents who answered “yes”).
To the right of these metrics, you’ll see a column filled with percentages. These represent your Year Over Year, Quarter Over Quarter, or Month Over Month Change for each of them. Note that positive percentages denote improved performance, while negative ones denote a drop in performance.
