**Resetting your password in EXCHANGE via the "Forgot Password" link on the login page will impact your legacy Manager Center and SatisFacts OLR login credentials - see below for details.**
If you ever forget your EXCHANGE account password, you can click the Forgot Password text on the Login Page. You will then be sent an email confirming your decision to change passwords. Once you’ve confirmed your email address, you’ll be taken to a window where you can enter a new password.
If you wish to change your password you must first be logged out of EXCHANGE and use the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page.
Updating your EXCHANGE password will also update your password in the associated legacy platform (Manager Center or SatisFacts OLR). This means that you will need to use the new password if trying to log into those other accounts.
Also, If your accounts are linked in EXCHANGE and you change your password, the passwords for both legacy Manager Center and SatisFacts OLR will be updated and will require you to use the new password when logging into those systems.
Additionally, if your emails within Manager Center and SatisFacts OLR are different AND your EXCHANGE accounts are linked at the time of a password reset in EXCHANGE, the email for both Manager Center and OLR will be changed to match the email address used to log into EXCHANGE.
Note that all Exchange account passwords must contain all of the following:
- 8-16 characters
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character (_!@$%*)
