Linking Your Accounts

If you’re both a Manager Center and a SatisFacts customer, you’ll want to make sure to link your accounts after logging into EXCHANGE for the first time.

• To do this, just click either of the two Link Accounts buttons on the EXCHANGE homepage and enter the appropriate login information.
• If you initially signed in using your Manager Center information, you will be asked to link your SatisFacts account through EXCHANGE, and vice versa.
• Customers who only have one of the two services can disregard the account linking process altogether.

*Note: If you log into EXCHANGE using your Manager Center account, the headline in this window will display "Link your SatisFacts" account instead.
