Use the Response Status tab to edit and approve the responses we give to reviews across all your major online accounts, and to see the Response History of each review. Note that if you do not manually approve the responses in this tab, they will automatically be approved and posted online within 24 business hours of being written.
There are several filters located at the top of this tab to help you track down particular reviews easier and more quickly.
The Date Picker allows you to see all the reviews posted to your online accounts within a specific window of time. To input your desired time frame, click on either of the two dates displayed in the long white rectangle in the top right hand corner of the page. The first (left) date marks the start of the time frame you’ll be looking at, and the second (right) date marks the end. Both dates can be easily adjusted by just scrolling through the calendar and clicking on the days of your choosing.
If you ever want to look at your performance within a relatively common window of time, you’ll find it best to click on one of the four presets offered on the bottom of the Date Picker’s dropdown calendar. These include “Yesterday,” which shows only the reviews received one day before the present date, “Today,” which shows only the reviews received on the present date; “Last 7 Days,” which shows the reviews received in the last week; and “Last 30 Days,” which shows the reviews received in the past 30 days.
By Status, By Community, By Source
Use the Filter by Status, Filter by Community, and Filter by Source dropdown lists at the top of this table to further refine your review parameters. The filters will be combined to further limit your results. You can also use the arrows and “Items Per Page” dropdown box at the bottom of the table to go to a new page and expand or shrink your view, or toggle the small arrows next to any of the table’s bolded terms to view any column in ascending or descending alphabetical/numerical order.
